dacsa is a registered aged care provider. Through the Australian Government's Support at Home program, we help older people stay independent, safe and connected in their own home.

Stay independent in the home you love
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care in November 2025. It funds the help you need to keep living safely at home, based on your aged care assessment.
We work with you and your family to plan services around your routine, and adjust them as your needs change.
How we can help
Support at Home services are grouped into three types. We tailor them to what you need and what your assessment approves.
Independence
Help to keep doing things for yourself

- Transport to appointments and outings
- Social support and community access
Everyday living
Help around the home
- Cleaning and laundry
- Gardening and yard maintenance
- Shopping
- Meal preparation
Clinical care
Delivered through qualified partners
- Allied health, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and podiatry
- Coordinated with your GP and care plan
How to access Support at Home
Get assessed
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or at myagedcare.gov.au to arrange an aged care assessment.
Choose dacsa
Once you're approved, let My Aged Care or us know you'd like dacsa as your provider.
Plan your care
We meet with you to agree your care plan and budget, and sign your service agreement.
Start your services
Your support begins, and we review it with you regularly.

Short-term support
Support at Home also includes short-term help, such as restorative care to help you recover after illness or a fall, and funding for assistive technology and home modifications. Ask us, or My Aged Care, whether you're eligible.
Your rights
As a registered provider we follow the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Statement of Rights. You can choose, change or stop services, and raise concerns at any time without it affecting your care.
