Feedback and complaints

We want to hear from you, whether it's a compliment, a suggestion or a complaint. Your feedback helps us improve.

How to give feedback

You, your family, carer, advocate or anyone acting for you can contact us in whatever way suits you. You can also make a complaint anonymously.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your feedback and record it.

  2. We talk with you about what happened and the outcome you'd like.

  3. We look into it fairly and keep you informed.

  4. We tell you the outcome and any changes we make.

Your rights

Making a complaint will never affect your services. You can have an advocate, family member or friend support you, and we can arrange an interpreter.

Prefer to talk to someone independent?

You can contact these organisations at any time. You don't need to complain to us first.
