What we collect and why

We collect the information we need to provide and manage your supports, such as your contact details, plan or package details, health and support needs, and the people you'd like us to talk to. When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you enter so we can respond.

How we protect it

Your information is stored securely and only accessed by staff who need it to support you. We don't sell your information. We share it only with your consent, or where the law requires it, for example with the NDIS Commission or the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
